Charlot Schröder joined the team at RheinReal Immobilien GmbH in November 2017 as an Associate for the Investment & Marketing business areas.

Charlot has been working in the real estate industry since 2012, including 5 ½ years on the real estate investor and project developer side with the business areas of investment, development, and asset management. Thanks to the professional experience she has gained, Charlot has excellent know-how, which she brings to RheinReal Immobilien GmbH.

Charlot primarily coordinates the structured marketing and transaction processes in the Investment team and is also responsible for the Marketing/PR area.

Charlot successfully completed the part-time intensive Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) course at the IRE|BS Real Estate Academy in 2019, with a focus on optimising the earning power of real estate in all phases of the investment cycle.
